Sometimes my work shows up in unexpected places

During the COVID-19 pandemic I designed two badges about the toilet paper panic buying madness, just for a laugh. Unbeknownst to me, the Melbourne Museum purchased some for their Collecting the Curve exhibition. The badges subsequently appeared in a ABC News story about the museum’s exhibition opening.

Front Page News

Years ago I designed some merch for an American based apparel company. A woman wearing a t-shirt featuring my work was photographed at a women’s rights rally. These photos ended up on the digital front page of The Guardian, among other news outlets.

This is not the most exciting thing I’ve ever created, but in any case, these photos continue to be seen in newspaper articles on U.S. abortion law to this day.

So, I guess off the back of this my pitch should be: work with me, and your product or project just might end up in a museum or the newspaper… Obviously I can’t guarantee that. But what I can promise is that your product or project will look great in case this does happen!
